Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

This is a plain-language draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it as your final published terms.

Using Snapwio

By creating an account, you agree to use Snapwio to document and report on work you or your business have actually performed. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for having permission to collect and store any client information you upload.

Your content

You own the photos, notes, and reports you create in Snapwio. We store and process them only to provide the service — generating reports, backing up locked jobs on paid plans, and sending reports on your behalf when you choose to.

Subscriptions

Pro and Business plans are billed monthly through the App Store and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t remove reports already on your device — only cloud backup and watermark-free downloads are affected going forward.

Account deactivation

You can deactivate your account at any time from Settings. Deactivating logs you out and disables access; contact support if you’d like the account reactivated.

Limitation of liability

Snapwio is a documentation tool, not a substitute for your own contracts, insurance, or professional judgment on a job. We’re not liable for disputes between you and your clients — the reports are meant to help you resolve them, not replace your own records and agreements.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Snapwio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
