What we collect

When you create a Snapwio account, we store your name, email address, and phone number. When you set up your business profile, we store your business name, contact details, address, logo, and brand color.

When you use the app to document a job, we store the content you create: client names and contact details, job photos and captions, notes, signatures, and the reports generated from them. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store any client information you enter.

How we use it

Your data is used only to operate Snapwio’s core features: generating your reports, backing up locked jobs to the cloud on paid plans, and emailing reports to your clients when you choose to send them. We never sell or share your personal data, or your clients’ data, with anyone.

Where it’s stored

On a Free account, your jobs — photos, captions, notes, and reports — stay entirely on your device; nothing is uploaded to the cloud. On a Pro or Business plan, locked jobs are also backed up to encrypted cloud storage tied to your account, so a lost or replaced phone doesn’t mean lost records. Report emails are sent through a transactional email provider on your behalf.

Your controls

You can edit your business profile and account details from Settings at any time. You can delete an individual job, or delete your account entirely, whenever you choose — this removes your stored data, including anything backed up to the cloud. You can also deactivate your account from within the app without deleting it.
